The problem
Agents on Base can't pay services on Solana. Agents on Ethereum can't reach pay.sh marquee providers. They're stuck inside their own chains, requiring bridges or centralized exchanges.
The solution
Sippar holds liquidity treasuries on every chain it supports. Agents pay USDC on their home chain in 8 seconds; Sippar pays the destination service from its treasury there, and each payment settles on its own chain. Two payments, each local, atomically linked.
